How much notice do you need to book the picnic?

We require at least 72 hours notice so we can provide the best picnic experience for you. However, we can get fully booked - especially on weekends. The more notice you can give, the better!

Is alcohol allowed?

It is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. We do not offer alcoholic beverages and are not held responsible for those who bring those items to their picnics.

How do I pick a location?

We can accommodate both outdoor and indoor picnic locations! While we will do our best to accommodate your location request, we ask that locations are 50 yards from vehicle access.

What if we have bad weather?

Idaho weather can be crazy. That said, we can always move your picnic to an indoor location! If not, we are happy to reschedule you for another date within the calendar year at no additional cost.

Can we leave the picnic whenever we want?

If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged 3 hour picnic time, please text or call us at least 30 minutes prior. You are responsible for all items until we are able to return to the location.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to reschedule your picnic due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we can apply your funds to another date within the calendar year. We do require 24 hours notice upon rescheduling due to weather.

In a non-weather related rescheduling, you must reschedule for a new date within 72 hours of your picnic, otherwise a penalty fee of $150 must be paid.

If you need to cancel entirely, Treasure Valley Picnic Co. reserves the right to retain half of the amount paid at checkout. If you book a picnic, and do not show up, Treasure Valley Picnic Co. reserves the right to retain the entire amount paid at checkout.

What if we break or lose something?

We are happy to clean up after you, that’s part of our service! However, if there is irreparable damage to our equipment, then an additional fee will apply.

How do I complete my booking?

To hold your date, we require 50% of total down, then the rest will be due the day of event. Invoice must be paid in full by the time of the services rendered.
